you use our mobile applications: Good Soil Bible Memory, Without Ceasing, CTW Roots,
and Christian Reader (collectively, "our Apps").
By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance

- Email Address: When you create an account, we collect your email address to identify your account and enable account recovery.
- Name: If you choose to provide it, we may collect your name for personalization purposes.

App-Specific Data
- Good Soil Bible Memory: Verses you're memorizing, progress data, and practice history

- Christian Reader: Listening history, bookmarks, and preferences
How We Use Your Information

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase, a Google Cloud service. We implement
industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

- Secure authentication protocols

- Access controls limiting who can view your data
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over
the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide
you with our services. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- App Usage Data: Retained for up to 14 months for analytics purposes, then anonymized or deleted
- Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days to help us identify and fix issues
- Audio Data: Speech recognition audio is processed in real-time and not stored
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days,
except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Data Transfer
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States.
If you are accessing our Apps from outside the United States, please be aware that your
information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our
servers are located.
By using our Apps, you consent to this transfer of information to the United States.
Third-Party Services
Our Apps use the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Firebase Authentication (Google): For secure user sign-in and account management
- Firebase Firestore (Google): For cloud database storage of your app data
- Firebase Analytics (Google): For understanding app usage patterns and improving our services
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google): For identifying and fixing bugs and crashes
- Speech Recognition Services: Good Soil Bible Memory uses third-party speech-to-text
technology to verify your Bible verse recitation. When you use the speech feature, your audio is
sent to speech recognition services for processing. Audio data is processed in real-time and is
not permanently stored by us or the speech recognition provider.

them to understand how they handle your data:
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your
child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we
can delete such information.
For CTW Roots, which is used in children's ministry contexts, we work with church
leadership to ensure appropriate consent is obtained from parents/guardians.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information
- Data Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format

Account Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Here's how to delete
your account for each app:
Good Soil Bible Memory
- Open the app and sign in to your account
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Without Ceasing
- Open the app and sign in to your account
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
CTW Roots
To delete your CTW Roots account, please contact your church leadership or visit
ctw.ccbchurch.com
and follow up with church leadership to remove your account from the system.
Christian Reader
Account deletion instructions will be available when the app launches.

line "Account Deletion Request".
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes
by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes
are effective when they are posted on this page.
