Account Deletion

Need to delete your account? Here's how to do it for each of our apps.

Good Soil Bible Memory

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
  4. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm

Without Ceasing

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
  4. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm

CTW Roots

To delete your CTW Roots account, please visit ctw.ccbchurch.com and follow up with church leadership to remove your account from the PushPay system.
